2. Contract

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an automated e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.2 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing or discount mistake, we reserve the right not to accept your order.  In this event a full refund will be made to you.

2.3 This contract is covered by English law.

2.4 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy.

3. How to place order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

3.2  There is a live stock-check at the checkout page ensuring that for at least 99% of the time, orders can be fulfilled without delay. Therefore, virtually all orders are automatically accepted and will be in the processing queue.

3.3 Delivery charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

3.4 You will be required to pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.

3.5 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or PayPal.

3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and where appropriate include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

4. No Amendment to Order

4.1 Once you have completed the checkout and the order is in the processing queue we are unable to make any amendments to items or your delivery address.

4.2 It is your responsibility to provide us with a correct delivery address.  We will not be able to issue you a refund if we have delivered your order to the address you have provided us.

5. Delivery

5.1 Orders received:

  • Before 1 p.m. will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day
  • After 1 p.m. may be dispatched the same day or the next business day

5.2 We will deliver goods using Royal Mail at

  • £2.99 for standard delivery in 2-3 days
  • £3.99 for premium delivery for next day

5.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

5.4 We can deliver to anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland.

5.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order.

5.6 Please check your order on receipt and notify us of any problems without delay.

6. Cancellation and returns

6.1 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us.  We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

6.2 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

6.3 If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the items are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

6.4 On receipt of returned items we will refund the purchase price and delivery charge made. A full refund is only available where the goods are returned undamaged, unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging
