Can I return an item that ordered by mistake?
Yes. You must first cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received your item by notifying us. Secondly, you must return the item to us within 15 days. We will then issue you with a refund for the price of the item returned.
Do I have to pay for postage for returning any item?
Yes. This is a standard policy for the vast majority of on-line shops. However, in cases where we have made a mistake in sending you the wrong item or if it is faulty then we will pay for the cost of postage to return it to us and we will send you a postage paid envelope in which you can return the item back to us.
How can I exchange an item in my order?
To replace an item you simply return the unwanted item to obtain a refund and then place a new order. We will refund you the cost of the original item provided it has been returned to us in accordance with our returns and refunds policy in its original condition.
Why can't I get a refund for e-papers?
This is due to the nature of digital products because there is no way to prevent a customer from retaining the full benefit of the product once they have downloaded. The status of downloads can be automatically determined from our site and therefore it a product has been downloaded a refund will not be issued.
You should ensure that the e-paper matches your requirements before you make your purchase.

Can I collect my order to save on postage?
We are an online shop and do not have a high street shop for you to browse our products. However, by prior arrangement with us, if you are purchasing our First Past the Post titles which we have in stock, then we can agree for you to collect your order from our office in Harrow.
