Can I pay by cheque?

We only accept cheques for school orders which are despatched on invoice. Members of the public must pay for their order by card, online or by telephone before it is despatched.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made through our Worldpay secure payment system and Paypal. We take the following credit and debit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Switch
  • Maestro
  • Delta
  • JCB
  • Diner's Club

You can also pay using a Gift Certificate by selecting this option at the checkout. Enter your Gift Certificate code in the relevant box. The value of the Gift Certificate will then be deducted from your order total.

How safe is it to order on your website?

Paying for your order online with us is exceptionally secure.

We make it a priority to keep your name, address and card details safe and that is why we use Royal Bank of Scotland WorldPay to process your payment. The RBS WorldPay payment system uses established security techniques to protect your data. This means that we never see your credit card information when you pay online and we don’t store any of your financial information either.

We use industry standard SSL technology to encrypt your personal information and guarantee to safeguard it to the highest standard. Encryption prevents your details being seen by anyone else online. At the checkout when you click on ‘Proceed to Payment’ you will be taken to a secure server of the RBS WorldPay system where you will be asked to enter your card details. You will be able to tell that you are in the secure part of our website because you will see a padlock in the address bar.

Do you give customers' data to third parties?

No. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not sell, trade or rent customers' personal details.
